About Jenna
Jenna Mayhew believes that difference is one of an organisation's greatest strengths.
Throughout more than 20 years as a psychologist, she has worked with people whose perspectives are often overlooked—from autistic people and individuals with intellectual disabilities, to immigrants building new lives, multicultural families, and professionals navigating global workplaces. Across every stage of her career, one belief has remained constant: when people feel understood, valued and able to contribute authentically, individuals and organisations thrive.
Born and raised in Sydney, Australia, Jenna began her career supporting people with autism and intellectual disabilities. She later worked in England across community and clinical settings, advocating for innovative approaches to psychological care, including online therapy, expressive therapies and improving access for culturally diverse communities.
Thirteen years ago, Mexico became her second home. Today, she is the founder of Hola Therapy, an award-winning multicultural psychology practice that brings together psychologists from six continents. The clinic was built on a simple idea—that everyone deserves access to evidence-based mental health care and psychological assessment in a language and cultural context they truly understand.
From supporting international executives with ADHD, to helping autistic children access appropriate educational accommodations, Jenna has worked with people whose talents are often extraordinary but whose environments have not always enabled them to succeed. These experiences continue to shape her perspective on leadership, inclusion and organisational performance.
An award-winning graduate recognised by Charles Sturt University, Jenna now works with organisations in Mexico and internationally, translating decades of clinical experience into practical, evidence-based keynotes that help leaders build workplaces where people—and performance—can flourish.

Ideas tested in the real world
Jenna founded Hola Therapy, a successful multicultural psychology practice in Mexico City. Its team includes psychologists from six continents, including neurodivergent clinicians, and works daily across cultures, languages and different ways of thinking. It is practical evidence that inclusion can strengthen both human connection and organisational performance.
My Philosophy
From supporting autistic people and individuals with intellectual disabilities in Australia, to improving access to culturally sensitive mental health care in England, and later founding a multicultural psychology practice in Mexico, my career has been guided by one belief: people achieve extraordinary things when they are understood, valued and able to contribute as themselves.
Today, that same philosophy shapes every keynote I deliver.
